The intake of foods high in fat and sugar, as well as canned foods, contributes to the increase of toxic components in the body - which, overwhelmed, may not account for all of them.
Result: inflamed cells, low resistance, fatigue, opaque skin and extra weight. The body naturally eliminates toxins through perspiration, respiration, feces and urine. But sometimes the accumulation of these substances is so great that it is necessary to take a break by making a detoxifying diet ??, says nutritionist Isabel Jereissati, responsible for the area of nutrition of the Casas Brancas Spa, in Búzios (RJ).
So nothing better than getting this cleaning in the body. Besides giving a sharp in the forms, you still fight the swelling and decrease the cellulite. 1. Avoid industrialized
In detoxification, even the light version of the industrialized sauces should be eliminated from the menu because it has a lot of sodium and fat. Stay with the natural seasonings. Apple and lemon vinegar, for example, bring in antioxidant substances and boost immunity, leaving the body more active against toxins. Olive oil lubricates the intestines, optimizing the elimination of these "dirt", and even accelerates metabolic functions, says Lizandri Rangan, coordinator of the nutrition and gastronomy service at Leforte Hospital in São Paulo.
2. Try the green banana flour
The new fever in the stores of natural products favors the intestinal flora. The fame has to do with the type of starch, which arrives intact to the intestine and produces substances that feed the beneficial bacteria and form a barrier against the intruders. With this, the nutrients are well absorbed and you starve the hunger. Use the green banana flour instead of the traditional one, in the preparation of dishes like cake and pie.
3. Bet on citrus fruits
The group of acerola, kiwi, cashew, lemon and orange, through a compound called limonoid, causes the liver to release more toxins from the body. This effect can be achieved with the fruit consumed in natura or used in the preparation of fish, juices or salads, warns nutritionist Isabel Jereissati.
4. Eat raw foods
At least 50% of the meal dish should have fresh and raw choices. That way you guarantee the intake of a good amount of detoxifying items such as fiber and water ?? explains Lizandri Rangan.
5. Place a leaf of cabbage on the menu
In the salad, in the juice or braised, it stimulates the enzymes that neutralize the toxins. It is worth remembering that the vegetable is still rich in B-complex vitamins, which facilitate the metabolism of protein, carbohydrate and fat, "adds Lizandri.
6. Drink hibiscus tea
The drink helps reduce fluid retention. Of breaking, still potentiates the fat burning, because it combines vitamin C, calcium and anthocyanin. Do this: place 1 col. (Tea) of hibiscus in 1 cup. (Tea) hot water and flush for five minutes. Then co and drink fast for breakfast.
7. Drink plenty of fluids

It speeds up the process of detoxification and metabolism. Nutritionist Lara Natacci, from São Paulo, gives the recipe: Boil 3 minutes 1 piece (3 cm) ginger in 1 liter of water, turn off the heat, add 3 cabbage. (Soup) of green tea and lower for 15 minutes. Strain and drink throughout the day.

10. Consume fibers
